Contact / Free profit review

Find out what your practice is really keeping.

Tell us what you want to understand about profit, cash flow, or overhead. Your free review includes a comparison informed by your practice type, size, and monthly P&Ls.

A simple first step

Start with one question about your numbers.

Share a little about your practice and what you would like to understand. A trailing 12 months of statements is ideal for the review, but you do not need to send financial records in your first email.

YOUR FIRST NOTEEMAIL / NO ATTACHMENTS

    We listen.

We learn what you are seeing and where you need clarity.

  2. 02
    We send your upload invitation.

After our initial conversation, we email you a private ShareFile invitation for your practice. Use it to upload monthly P&Ls, ideally for the trailing 12 months, not email attachments.

  3. 03
    We review your numbers.

Your free review includes a specialty- and size-aware comparison, then a conversation about what the results mean for your practice.

Before you upload

Prepare monthly P&Ls, ideally covering the trailing 12 months. Include the practice name and reporting month on each statement. Share only the statements needed for the review; remove patient details, bank account numbers, and other unnecessary personal information. Do not send passwords or account access.

Follow the instructions in your ShareFile invitation and keep it private. If the invitation is missing, expired, or unexpected, contact us at the email address below before uploading. Do not send statements by email as a workaround.

No financial statements attached to email. No public upload link.
